Lack of association between sCTLA-4 levels in human plasma and common CTLA-4 polymorphisms

There were no statistical differences between observed and expected genotype frequencies among either patients positive (Pos) or negative (Neg) for sCTLA-4 as determined by ELISA. Data are genotype counts. Expected counts were calculated using the Hardy-Weinberg formula based on previously published gene frequencies (15,29). N = number of subjects in each group.
