Gene expression of mGluR3 and mGluR7 mRNA in pups' hippocampus after perinatal lead exposure. (A) Melting curve analysis of SYBR green I dye PCR assay. Melting-curve analysis showed that all PCR amplifications led to a single and specific product and the melting temperatures (Tm) of all target genes were as follows: mGluR3 (Tm: 81.01°C), mGluR7 (Tm: 82.08°C), and β-actin (Tm: 84.35°C).
