A, E: a 64-year-old man with Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 3; B, F: a 73-year-old woman with GCS score of 6; C, G: a 71-year-old woman with GCS score of 11; D, H: a 68-year-old man with GCS score of 4. All postoperative CT scans were obtained within 24 h of surgery.
